What's expected of me?
An authentic desire to connect with other ambitious mothers, a willingness to spend time growing through play and a desire to share your wisdom and gain wisdom from the community.
What’s included in the cost?
In addition to lodging and meals, you will also receive a professional headshot, access to executive coaching, professional video and audio recordings of your wisdom talk, and a luxurious swag bag. The all-inclusive ticket for the program, lodging, and all meals starts at $1,095. Food allergies and diet are catered with prior notification.

How will I get to the venue?
We look forward to seeing you in Paradise Valley, AZ. The closest airport, Phoenix, AZ (PHX), is 20 minutes from the I A.M. Summit venue. Your ticket covers the program, including meals and lodging for two nights. Community members are responsible for transportation to the venue. The
6,000 sqft private hacienda sits on over 1 acre of land and features custom high-end furnishings and ensuite bedrooms throughout.
Can I apply if I work for a corporation?
YES — korédé is for all ambitious mothers, no matter how you define ambition. We believe that through community support, ambition and motherhood can coexist. In addition to being a mother, I A.M. Summit attendees are founders, educators or authors with mid to senior level corporate positions. We’ve created a template letter to assist with a sponsorship conversation with your employer. Do you shape the summit for each member?
YES — because we are intentional about community, I A.M. Summit members are asked to fill out a
questionnaire on community expectations to ensure optimal fit.
Will I know about the other members prior to arrival?
YES — we will provide bio information ahead of the I A.M. Summit. You will also have an opportunity to get to know each other through Zoom or email ahead of meeting one another in Arizona. This is a small, social and intimate event that could kickstart lifelong relationships.
What's the COVID protocol for this event?
All participants are highly encouraged to follow guidelines established by the CDC and the state of Arizona. Masks and hand sanitizers will be made available for guests. I A.M. Summit participants are required to have a negative COVID test within 48 hours of arrival.
